The city recently finalized the acquisition of equipment and rights to the Heart of Texas water supply, demonstrating its commitment to supporting numerous economic development projects.

Hutto, a dynamic and rapidly growing business hub, has undergone a remarkable transformation in the last two decades. From its beginnings as a quiet, rural Texas farm town with a population of 1,250, it has evolved into one of Austin’s fastest-growing suburbs, now boasting nearly 31,000 residents.

Featuring a diverse range of 20 subdivisions catering to various budgets, Hutto offers a spectrum of amenities for its residents. The city’s unwavering commitment to green spaces is evident in the recent acquisition of a 65-acre park on Brushy Creek. With plans for a new open amphitheater and recreational spaces, Hutto is dedicated to providing for both current and future generations.

Embracing a live-work-play downtown concept, Hutto has developed a unique mixed-use, master-planned regional lifestyle destination. Situated on 25 acres adjacent to historic Downtown Hutto, this project seamlessly integrates the city’s rich past with its promising future.
